Оргкомитета Съезда сторонников независимости Чеченской Республики Ичкерия
С большой честью приглашаем Вас на Съезд сторонников независимости Чеченской Республики Ичкерия, организованный по случаю 32-й годовщины принятия Декларации о государственном суверенитете Чечено-Ингушской Республики 27 ноября 1990 года, который состоится 27 ноября 2022 года в Антверпене, Бельгия.
Благодаря усилиям нашего народа, настойчивости наших политических представителей и правительства за рубежом достигнут значительный прогресс, и перспективы долгожданной политической победы наконец появились на горизонте.
С самого начала войны в Украине свободные чеченцы поддержали Украину в ее борьбе посредством активного участия в демонстрациях и гуманитарных акциях. После первого российского вторжения в 2014 году было сформировано несколько батальонов чеченских добровольцев. И сейчас наша армия возрождается в виде Отдельной бригады особого назначения (ОБОН), которая воюет в составе Украинского Интернационального Легиона.
Результатом сотрудничества правительства ЧРИ за рубежом с руководством воюющей Украины стало принятие Верховной Радой 18 октября 2022 года исторической резолюции, признающей Чеченскую Республику Ичкерия в качестве территории, оккупированной Россией, и осуждающей геноцид чеченского народа.
Сегодня, когда нам представилась возможность объединить усилия и работать на благо нашего народа-мученика, на укрепление и защиту государственности Чеченской Республики Ичкерия, установление прочных связей между всеми нами для борьбы против оккупации, угнетения и за освобождение от ига империалистической державы, мы обязаны преградить путь всем, кто хочет разделить нас в этот исторический момент и тем самым воспрепятствовать любой перспективе политического признания нашего государства международным сообществом и поддержки цивилизованным миром нашего законного и справедливого дела.
Чтобы идти по этому пути и поддержать наше дело, на объявленный съезд приедут многие известные и уважаемые деятели нашего народа и нашего государства. Депутаты, государственные деятели, бывшие бойцы, воевавшие за нашу страну и нашу свободу, представители интеллигенции и многие представители нашей диаспоры уже подтвердили свое присутствие.
Мы приглашаем всех принять участие в этом съезде: журналистов, политиков, послов, правозащитников, людей всех национальностей. Мы призываем вас продемонстрировать свою поддержку права на независимость и легитимность нашего государства и поделиться с нами своими идеями и рекомендациями.

C’est avec grand honneur que nous vous donnons rendez-vous à notre « Congrès des défenseurs de l’indépendance de la République Tchétchène d'Ichkeria (RTI) » qui se déroulera le 27 novembre 2022 à Anvers en Belgique, organisé à l’occasion du 32e anniversaire de l’adoption de la « Déclaration de Souveraineté d’Etat de la République Tchétchèno-Ingouche du 27/11/1990 ».
Grâce aux efforts de notre peuple et à la persévérance de nos représentants politiques et de notre gouvernement en exil, des progrès significatifs ont été réalisés et les perspectives d'une victoire politique tant attendue se profilent enfin à l'horizon.
Dès le début de la guerre en Ukraine, les Tchétchènes libres l’ont soutenu dans sa lutte en participant activement à des manifestations et à des actions humanitaires. Après la première invasion russe en 2014, plusieurs bataillons de volontaires tchétchènes ont été formés. Et maintenant, notre armée est ravivée sous la forme de bataillon spécial (OBON) qui combat dans le cadre de la Légion internationale ukrainienne.
Le résultat de la coopération du gouvernement de la RTI en exil avec les dirigeants de l'Ukraine a été l'adoption par la Verkhovna Rada, le 18 octobre 2022, d'une résolution historique reconnaissant la République Tchétchène d'Ichkeria comme territoire occupé par la Russie et condamnant le génocide du peuple tchétchène.
Aujourd'hui nous avons la possibilité d'unir nos forces et de travailler au profit de notre peuple martyr, pour renforcer et protéger l'État de la République Tchétchène d'Ichkeria, établir des liens solides entre nous tous pour lutter contre l'occupation et l'oppression et se libérer du joug de l’Empire. En ce moment historique, nous devons barrer la route à tous ceux qui veulent nous diviser et empêcher, par leurs agissements, toute perspective de reconnaissance politique de notre État par la communauté internationale et nous priver du soutien du monde civilisé dans notre cause légitime et juste.
Afin de suivre cette voie et de soutenir notre cause, de nombreuses personnalités connues et respectées de notre peuple et de notre État viendront au congrès annoncé. Des députés, des hommes d'Etat, d'anciens combattants qui se sont battus pour notre pays et notre liberté, des représentants de l'intelligentsia et de nombreux représentants de notre diaspora ont déjà confirmé leur présence.
Nous invitons tout le monde à participer à ce congrès : journalistes, politiciens, ambassadeurs, militants des droits de l'homme, personnes de toutes nationalités. Nous vous encourageons à manifester votre soutien au droit à l'indépendance et à la légitimité de notre État par votre participation à ce congrès et à nous faire part de vos idées et recommandations.

It is with great honor that we invite you to the Congress of Supporters of Independence of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, which will be held on November 27, 2022 in Antwerp, Belgium, organized on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration on State Sovereignty of the Chechen-Ingush Republic on November 27, 1990.
Thanks to the efforts of our people, the perseverance of our political representatives and our government in exile, significant progress has been made, and the prospects for a long-awaited political victory are finally on the horizon.
From the very beginning of the war in Ukraine, free Chechens have supported Ukraine in its struggle through active participation in demonstrations and humanitarian actions. After the first Russian invasion in 2014, several battalions of Chechen volunteers were formed. And now our army is being revived in the form of a Separate Special Purpose Brigade (OBON), which is fighting as part of the Ukrainian International Legion.
As a result of the cooperation of the CHRI government in exile with the leadership of Ukraine was the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada on October 18, 2022 of a historic resolution recognizing the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria as a territory occupied by Russia and condemning the genocide of the Chechen people.
Today, when we have an opportunity to join forces and work for the benefit of our suffering people, to strengthen and protect the statehood of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria, to establish strong ties between all of us to fight against occupation, oppression and for liberation from the yoke of the imperialist power, we are obliged to block the path of everyone who wants to divide us at this historical moment and those who want to prevent any prospect of political recognition of our state by the international community and support by the civilized world of our legitimate and just cause.
In order to follow this path and support our cause, many well-known and respected figures of our people and our state will come to the announced congress. Deputies, statesmen, former fighters who fought for our country and our freedom, representatives of the intelligentsia and many representatives of our diasporas have already confirmed their presence.
We invite everyone to take part in this congress: journalists, politicians, ambassadors, human rights activists, people of all nationalities. We encourage you to demonstrate your support for the right to independence and the legitimacy of our state and to share your ideas and recommendations with us.
